Our Associate Program is founded on the belief that if you want a career as a hairstylist, we want to show you how to get there! What makes ours unique is that in our full-time paid associate program, you will learn how to provide a wonderful guest experience by working HANDS-IN-HAIR with our incredible education team. The true magic is that you will be working with our top stylists to see how we do things here and what makes them uniquely successful. This coaching and mentoring program will provide you with an incredible advantage and confidence needed when starting your career. Full time associates will have a personalized google classroom for our weekly in person education classes with our salon leaders. We offer training that is individualized and unique, allowing for a well-rounded and versatile stylist. In addition to the one-to-one coaching, associates have weekly opportunity shifts to work on their own guests, build their clientele and practice their skills. Our program is completely in your control and with its self-paced curriculum you can be completed and a full time Level 1 stylist in our company in as few as 4 months.
