CANCELLATION POLICY

Your time, like ours, is very valuable, which is why we ask you give at least 24 hours notice before cancelling your appointment in order for us to have the opportunity to fill the spot. Repeat offenders will be limited to same day booking, and/or having a credit card on file to charge for same day cancellations.

LATE POLICY

We reserve your appointment for you and only you, and have other guests scheduled after your time. Arriving any later than 15 minutes past your reservation will require us to reschedule you for a different date.

RETURNS/ EXCHANGES

If you are unhappy with a product you have purchased, you are more than welcome to come in and exchange it for another product, or for in-store retail credit within 30 days of purchase.*

*Note: Product must be at least 3/4 full to be eligible for an exchange. 

RE-DO'S

If you are unhappy with a service you received, please call to let us know! We would love to service you within 2 weeks with your stylist. We appreciate your feedback and would love the opportunity to make it right! With that being said, there are no refunds on services.

SPLIT SERVICES

We offer splitting your chemical services between two stylists if that is what would work best with your schedule! At Salon C, when you receive a chemical service with a stylist and you opt out of a haircut you receive a Complimentary Blow Dry. Should you decide to only receive a Blow Dry with a service that is split between two stylists we would charge for a Salon C Blowout at the price level that the stylist is currently at.
